What is The Ultimate Challenge?

Who can take part in The Ultimate Challenge?

Anyone aged 18 years or older who is physically able to take part in strenuous exercise. You must give your true details when you register.

How much does it cost to register?

The registration fee is ₹1,500. It is paid by UPI when you register.

How do I register for The Ultimate Challenge?

Click "Register for event" on this website. Fill in your details, pay the ₹1,500 fee by scanning the UPI QR code with any UPI app, then upload a screenshot of the payment. The team checks your payment and confirms your place.

Is the registration fee refundable?

No. The ₹1,500 registration fee is non-refundable once your registration and payment are complete, including if you cancel, withdraw, cannot attend or are disqualified, except where a refund is required by law or by the event's Refund and Cancellation Policy.

What if I have a medical condition?

You are asked about medical conditions when you register, and you must be physically able to take part. First aid and emergency medical arrangements are available at the event. If you are not sure, talk to a doctor before the event.

Participant terms & conditions

Please read the following before completing your registration for THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE. By ticking “I agree” on the registration form, you agree to every declaration below.

1. Health & Risk Declaration

I understand that THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE involves strenuous physical activity, including running, functional fitness movements and use of exercise equipment. I voluntarily participate and confirm that I am physically capable of participating. I understand the inherent risks associated with such activity and agree to follow all safety and medical instructions.

2. Medical & Emergency Assistance

I understand that first-aid and emergency medical arrangements will be available at the event. In case of an emergency, I authorise event medical personnel/emergency responders to provide or arrange appropriate emergency assistance where reasonably necessary.

3. Information & Registration

I confirm that all information provided by me during registration is accurate and belongs to me. I understand that providing false information, using another person’s registration or transferring my registration without approval may result in cancellation or disqualification.

4. Competition Rules & Results

I agree to follow the instructions of event officials, judges and organisers. I understand that violations of competition rules, unsafe conduct, cheating, interference with other participants or tampering with timing equipment may result in penalties or disqualification.

I also understand that official results may be determined using electronic timing, manual records, judge records or other authorised verification methods where required.

5. Event Changes & Safety

I understand that the organiser may reasonably modify, delay, suspend, postpone or cancel the event or modify competition arrangements where required due to safety concerns, weather, venue conditions, government directions, technical issues or other circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control.

6. Privacy & Data

I have read the Privacy Notice and understand that my personal information may be processed for purposes such as registration, identity verification, event administration, communication, timing/results, emergency management and other purposes described in the Privacy Notice.

7. Registration Fee & Refund Policy — Non-Refundable Registration

I understand that the registration fee of ₹1,500 is non-refundable once my registration and payment are successfully completed. I understand that cancellation, withdrawal, non-participation, failure to attend the event, disqualification, or inability to participate for personal reasons does not entitle me to a refund, except where a refund is specifically required under applicable law or expressly provided under the event’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
